The application audits (searches) you computer for adware, spyware, malware in a timely manner, but id does nothing further. Information about the location of malicious parasites (trojans, worms) is displayed both as registry path and file path. You can also learn the description and type of the suspicious items and in case you want to find out more, you can follow the url displayed on the right hand side of the results table.
Pluses: Quick and comprehensive, providing all the info you need.
Drawbacks / flaws: Unfortunately, if you are not an experienced user, that is, if you don't know your way around the Windows Registry Editor, the application provides you with redundant data because it only detect malicious items, it doesn't remove them.
In conclusion: Simple, fast, but only does half the job (points out suspicious items) compared to Adaware which also removes malware.
