Drawbacks / flaws: You can only backup your DVD movies, as for data or music, you will have to revert to another program.
In conclusion: I don't see why pay $49.95 for a software limited to only one feature, when the entire Nero suite costs as much as double or so and includes a full package of utilities, or Ashampoo's Burning Studio 6 costs as much as $29.99.
