IconCool Manager is an icon library with a lot of samples. You can import different images from your files and convert them in icons, or you can capture them from your photo collection. These options are very similar with the ones from IconCool Editor, because they have the same publisher. A third tab includes a portal to 800 icon web sites and allows you to edit, delete, and add the list of sites. You can search icons in the library by keywords, and even add or edit the keywords of any icon. Because of the large amount of icons, the library is sorted into 20 root libraries (office icons, people icons, etc). With the help of this manager you can create as many icons libraries as you wish. If you are a programmer or a web-designer and you collect a large amount of icons, this option might come in hand.
