Since it supports 32 bits icons(Windows XP icons), you can edit icons, animation cursors, animation GIF and various image formats; when creating new projects or editing icons, there is and complete set of options you can use to make state of the art icons: various image filters (Blurring, Sharpening, Embossing, Rippening, Shaking, Anti aliasing, Swirling, Solarizing, Spraying, Negative and so on) and image effects: Shift, Rotate, Flip, Tile etc. With IconCool Studio you can edit multi-format icons at one time, you can edit icons for Windows XP in 32-bit color depth with an alpha channel, and now you can easily create the wonderful semi-transparent XP icons. Pluses: IconCool Studio supports for PSD Plug-in, it allows you to transfer an image to IconCool Studio from Adobe Photoshop application and it also can send an image to Adobe Photoshop. IconCool Studio can load and export PSD file (supports the transparent) and completely load the PNG, GIF, ANI file and you can also create icons using pictures stored on your computer and get an original desktop.
